This document provides installation and maintenance instructions for the LeoVince LV One EVO slip-on exhaust (Art. 14450EU / 14450EBU) designed for the Triumph Tiger 900 GT, GT Pro, and Rally Pro. The exhaust is compatible with original panniers. It is highly recommended that installation be performed by a professional.
Safety precautions
- Ensure the exhaust system has cooled down completely before starting any work to prevent burns or damage to heat-sensitive components like fairings or hoses.
- Any modification or tampering with the exhaust is strictly prohibited and voids all responsibility from Belgrove Sp. z o.o.
Installation procedure
- Remove the original stock silencer(s).
- Verify that all mating surfaces are clean and in good condition.
- Connect the LeoVince pipe(s) to the original collector(s).
- Install the LeoVince muffler(s).
- Secure the parts using the provided springs or clamps.
- Install the heat shield(s).
- Check for correct alignment and ensure all fasteners are tightened properly.
- Start the engine, wait a few minutes for it to reach operating temperature, and check for any gas leaks.
If necessary, use a rubber mallet to gently tap connection pipes into place during assembly.

Maintenance
Periodically check all brackets, fasteners, and wear-prone components such as sound-deadening material, seals, and rubber parts. Replace them as needed. For cleaning, use gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol; do not use any solvents. Discoloration of the silencer is normal due to heat and material properties.
Important notes
During the first few kilometers, the exhaust system will settle, and slight gas leakage may occur. After approximately 100 km, re-check and tighten all fasteners. It is normal for some white smoke to appear during the first use, even after the engine is turned off.
