This document provides installation and maintenance instructions for the LeoVince LV One EVO slip-on exhaust (Art. 14446EU / 14446EBU) designed for Benelli TRK 702 and 702 X motorcycles. It is recommended that installation be performed by a professional. Ensure the exhaust system is completely cool before starting any work to prevent burns or damage to heat-sensitive components.
Installation
- Remove the original stock silencer and collector pipe.
- Verify that all mating surfaces are clean and in good condition.
- Install the bracket to the motorcycle frame.
- Connect the LeoVince pipe to the original collector pipe.
- Fit the clamp to the LeoVince silencer and install the silencer.
- Secure the parts using the provided springs or clamps.
- Check for correct alignment and ensure all fasteners are tightened securely.
- Start the engine, allow it to reach operating temperature, and check for any gas leaks.
If necessary, use a rubber mallet to gently tap connection pipes into place for a proper fit.











Maintenance
Periodically check all brackets and fasteners, as they may be affected by use. Replace sound-deadening material, seals, and other rubber parts as needed. For cleaning, use gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol; do not use any solvents. Note that some discoloration of the silencer is normal due to heat and material properties. Any modification or tampering with the silencer is strictly prohibited and voids all responsibility from Belgrove Sp. z o. o.
Important usage notes
- During the first kilometers, the exhaust system will undergo a break-in period, which may result in slight gas leakage.
- After approximately 100 km, re-check and tighten all fasteners.
- It is normal for white smoke to appear during the first use, even after the engine is turned off.
