This document provides technical information and installation instructions for the LeoVince 14364E LV One EVO full exhaust system, designed for KTM 690 Enduro R and KTM 690 SMC R motorcycles (including 35kW versions). The guide covers component identification, step-by-step mounting procedures, and essential maintenance advice.
Safety and Warnings
- Ensure the engine and exhaust system have cooled completely before starting work to prevent burns or damage to heat-sensitive components like fairings or hoses.
- Do not use the original graphite bushing during installation.
- Modifying or tampering with the silencer is strictly prohibited and voids all responsibility from the manufacturer.
- Professional installation is highly recommended.
Installation Procedure

- Remove the complete fairing and the original exhaust system. Disconnect the Lambda probe.
- Insert the new bushing into the cylinder seat. Fit the flange, inserting the graphite gasket if provided. Partially tighten the two nuts on the mounting studs to allow for proper alignment.
- Fit the primary manifold into the bushing, check its orientation, and secure it to the flange using the supplied springs.
- Connect the Lambda probe to the LeoVince exhaust system at the designated point on the final manifold.
- Slide the silencer onto the final link pipe, ensuring correct alignment of the spring eyes and exhaust outlet, then secure with the provided springs.
- Insert the final manifold into the primary manifold and secure with springs. Attach the manifold support bracket to the motorcycle frame using the supplied screw.
- Mount spacers, washers, and brackets as shown in the technical drawing. Reinstall the original heat shield on the final collector without fully tightening the original clamps.
- Tighten all clamps to secure the connection between the LeoVince collector and the original system. Reinstall the side fairings.
- Check all fasteners, start the engine, and allow it to reach operating temperature. Verify that there are no gas leaks.
Maintenance
Periodically check all silencer attachments and components subject to wear, such as sound-deadening material, gaskets, and rubber parts. Replace these as necessary. Clean the silencer using gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol; do not use any solvents. Minor discoloration of the silencer is normal due to heat and material properties.
Important Notes
During the first kilometers of use, the exhaust system will settle, and minor gas leakage may occur. After approximately 100 km, re-check and tighten all fasteners.
