This document provides technical information and installation instructions for the LeoVince 14363E LV One EVO slip-on exhaust, designed for KTM 690 Enduro R and KTM 690 SMC R motorcycles (including 35kW versions). The manual outlines the removal of the original exhaust, installation of the new system, and essential maintenance procedures to ensure optimal performance.
Safety and Precautions
- Ensure the engine and exhaust system have cooled completely before starting any work to prevent burns or damage to heat-sensitive components like fairings or hoses.
- Modifying or tampering with the exhaust system is strictly prohibited and voids any responsibility from the manufacturer.
- Professional installation is highly recommended.
Installation Procedure

- Remove the original OE silencer.
- Slide the LeoVince silencer onto the link pipe, ensuring correct alignment of the spring mounting eyes and the rear exhaust outlet, then secure with the provided springs.
- Check the condition of mating surfaces. Slide the link pipe onto the original header, taking care not to damage the graphite bushing (if supplied, it must replace the original). Partially tighten the securing strap to allow for final adjustments.
- Mount spacers, washers, and brackets as shown in the technical drawing and secure with the provided nuts and bolts.
- Tighten all clamps to ensure a secure connection between the Leovince link pipe and the original exhaust header.
- Start the engine, allow it to reach operating temperature, and check for any gas leaks.
Maintenance
Periodically check all brackets and fasteners, as they may be affected by use. Sound-deadening material, seals, and other rubber parts should be replaced as needed. The silencer can be cleaned using gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol; do not use any solvents. Note that some discoloration of the silencer is normal due to heat and material properties.
Important Notes
During the first few kilometers of use, the exhaust system will settle, and slight gas leakage may occur. After approximately 100 km, it is necessary to check and tighten all fasteners.
