Maintenance

Periodically check all brackets and fasteners, as they may be affected by use. Inspect sound-deadening material, seals, and rubber parts, and replace them if necessary. The silencer can be cleaned with gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol; do not use any solvents. Discolouration of the silencer is normal due to heat and material properties.

Important Warnings

  • Ensure the exhaust surface is completely cool before starting any work to avoid burns or damage to heat-sensitive components.
  • During the first few kilometres, the exhaust system will undergo a break-in period; slight gas leakage may occur.
  • After approximately 100 km, re-check and tighten all fasteners.
  • White smoke may appear during the first use, even after the engine is turned off; this is normal.
  • Any modification or tampering with the silencer is strictly prohibited and voids all responsibility from Belgrove Sp. z o. o.
