This document provides installation and maintenance instructions for the LeoVince 15007-15007B slip-on exhaust system designed for Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 and Interceptor 650 motorcycles. The system is not approved for road use. Installation should be performed by a professional.
Installation procedure

- Remove the original OE silencer.
- Verify that mating surfaces are clean. Slide the link pipe onto the original header, ensuring the graphite bushing (if supplied) is correctly positioned to replace the original. Partially tighten the securing strap to allow for final adjustments.
- Slide the LeoVince silencer onto the link pipe. Check the alignment of the mounting eyes for the springs and the exhaust outlet, then connect the parts using the provided springs.
- Mount spacers, washers, and support brackets as shown in the technical drawing and tighten all bolts securely.
- Tighten the clamps to secure the connection between the LeoVince link pipe and the original exhaust system.
- Start the engine, allow it to reach operating temperature, and check for any gas leaks.
Important usage notes
- Break-in period: During the first kilometers, the exhaust system will settle. Slight gas leakage may occur initially.
- Post-installation check: After approximately 100 km, check and tighten all fasteners.
- Initial smoke: It is normal for white smoke to appear during the first use, even after the engine is turned off.
Maintenance
Periodically check all brackets and fasteners, as well as components subject to wear (sound-deadening material, seals, rubber parts), and replace them as needed. The silencer can be cleaned using gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol; do not use any solvents. Discoloration of the silencer is normal due to heat and material properties.
Safety and restrictions
Modifying the exhaust system is strictly prohibited. The manufacturer declines all responsibility for defects or malfunctions resulting from unauthorized modifications. Ensure the exhaust has cooled completely before performing any work to avoid burns or damage to heat-sensitive components.
