This document provides technical information and installation instructions for the LeoVince 14362E LV One EVO full exhaust system, designed for various Vespa GTS 300 models. The primary goal is to ensure correct installation and safe operation. Key steps include removing the original exhaust, installing the new manifold and silencer, and reconnecting the Lambda probe. Always ensure the engine and exhaust have cooled completely before starting work to prevent burns or damage to heat-sensitive components.
Installation

- Remove the entire original exhaust system and disconnect the Lambda probe.
- Fit the new manifold into the cylinder seat, using the provided flange and graphite gasket if applicable. Do not fully tighten the nuts initially to allow for proper alignment. Secure to the flanges using the supplied springs.
- Insert the final manifold into the primary manifold and secure it with the provided springs.
- Attach the silencer to the end manifold, verify its orientation, and secure it with the remaining spring.
- Install any necessary spacers, washers, and support brackets as shown in the product drawing, then tighten all nuts and bolts.
- Reconnect the Lambda probe to the new LeoVince manifold.
- Start the engine, allow it to reach operating temperature, and check for any gas leaks. Ensure the exhaust does not interfere with other engine parts.
Maintenance
Periodically check all brackets, fasteners, and rubber components for wear and replace them as needed. The silencer can be cleaned using gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol; do not use solvents. Some discoloration of the silencer is normal due to heat and material properties. After the first 100 km, it is essential to check and tighten all fasteners as the system settles.
Safety and Restrictions
Any modification or tampering with the exhaust system is strictly prohibited and voids all responsibility from the manufacturer. It is highly recommended that the installation be performed by a qualified professional.
