  1. Remove the original OE silencer.
  2. Verify the condition of mating surfaces. Slide the link pipe onto the original header, ensuring the graphite bushing (if supplied) is used to replace the original. Partially tighten the securing strap to allow for adjustments.
  3. Slide the LeoVince silencer onto the link pipe. Check the alignment of the mounting eyes for the springs and the exhaust outlet, then secure the parts together using the provided springs.
  4. Fit the clamp to the silencer. Mount spacers, washers, and brackets as shown in the product drawing and secure by tightening all nuts and bolts.
  5. Tighten all clamps connecting the link pipe to the exhaust headers.
  6. Start the engine, wait a few minutes to reach operating temperature, and check for any gas leaks.

Maintenance and Safety

Important: During the first kilometers of use, the exhaust system will undergo a break-in period, which may result in slight gas leakage. After approximately 100 km, check and tighten all fasteners.

Maintenance: Periodically check all brackets and fasteners, as they may be affected by use. Inspect sound-deadening material, seals, and rubber parts, replacing them as needed. Clean the silencer using gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol; do not use solvents. Discoloration of the silencer is normal due to heat and material properties.

Prohibitions: Modifying or tampering with the silencer is strictly forbidden. Belgrove Sp. z o.o. declines all responsibility for defects or malfunctions resulting from unauthorized modifications.

Common problems

Slight gas leakage during initial use

This is normal during the break-in period. Check and tighten all fasteners after approximately 100 km.

Discoloration of the silencer

This is a normal result of heat and material properties during standard use and is not a defect.

Before use

  • Ensure the exhaust surface has cooled completely before starting work to avoid burns or damage to non-heat-resistant parts.
  • Verify that all components from the supplied list are present.
  • Check that mating surfaces are clean and in good condition.
  • Ensure the motorcycle is in perfect condition and standard trim.
