The Mondolux Linea Neon Top Bendable RGBW 10W (ML74) is a flexible LED strip designed for professional lighting applications. This manual covers essential safety, installation, and maintenance procedures. Always ensure the system is powered by a 24V DC constant voltage driver and never connect the strip directly to 240V mains.
Technical Requirements
To ensure proper operation and longevity, adhere to the following specifications:
- Power Supply: Requires 24V DC constant voltage.
- Driver Calculation: Use the formula: (Length of LED) x (Power) x (1.1) = Minimum power requirement of the driver.
- Max Run Length: 5m maximum without voltage drop. Contact Mondolux for longer lengths.
- Bending Limit: Do not curve in a diameter smaller than 200mm.
Handling and Cutting
Proper handling is critical to prevent damage to the internal LEDs:
- Cutting: Cut only through the scissors symbol marked on the Neonflex. Do not cut while the strip is powered.
- Twisting: Do not twist the strip, as this can damage the internal components.
- Bending: Do not bend the strip beyond the specified minimum diameter.
- Safety: Ensure one end is connected to the driver while the other remains disconnected to prevent damage.
Installation Steps
- Place the mounting clips on the desired surface and secure them with screws.
- Click the Neonflex strip into the mounting clips, ensuring it is firmly fixed.
- Connect the strip to the remote driver.
- Connect the driver to the mains power supply.
Care and Maintenance
To maintain the finish of the product, follow these cleaning guidelines:
- Do not use bleach or concentrated solvents under any circumstances.
- For Black finish: Wipe gently with a soft damp cloth or chamois. Do not use any abrasive compounds.

Voltage drop
The maximum running length is 5m. For longer lengths, contact Mondolux.
Damage from bending
Do not bend the strip in a diameter smaller than 200mm.
Damage from twisting
Do not twist the LED strip during installation or handling.
