The Moulinex Easy Fry Crispy Stack 10L is a dual-drawer air fryer designed for versatile cooking. Before first use, ensure the cord rack is installed correctly. The device features a digital touchscreen control panel, allowing you to select preset programs, adjust time and temperature, and synchronize cooking between the two drawers.

Control panel overview

The control panel allows for precise management of your cooking:

• 1: On/Off button.
• 2 & 3: On/Off buttons for Drawer 2 and Drawer 1.
• 4: Preset programs (fries, chicken, vegetables, fish, cake, dough rising, manual).
• 5: Time/Temperature toggle.
• 6 & 7: Reduce/Increase time or temperature.
• 8: Start/Stop cooking.
• 9: Synchronization mode (ensures both drawers finish at the same time).
• 10: Shake reminder (lights up during the fries program).

Cooking guide

The manual provides a detailed cooking table for various food types, including meat, snacks, fish, and cakes. Key settings include:

• Fries: 20-60 minutes at 180°C, depending on quantity.
• Meat: 8-60 minutes at 200°C, depending on the cut and quantity.
• Fish: 8-12 minutes at 160°C.
• Cake: 15 minutes at 160°C.

Always shake food in the drawer regularly during the cooking process for homogeneous results.

Cleaning and maintenance

The drawers and grids are dishwasher safe. For models equipped with the Genius system (removable front panel):

• Remove the front panel before placing the drawer in the dishwasher.
• Clean the front panel separately.
• Reattach the front panel after cleaning.

• Install the cord rack correctly before the first use.
• Place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Do not block air vents.
• Ensure the drawers are fully inserted before starting.
• Keep the appliance away from water and do not immerse the main unit.
