To achieve the best charging performance, unfold the solar panels completely and use the integrated kickstand to position the panel. The solar panel must be placed in direct sunlight, ideally at a 90-degree angle to the sun's rays. Avoid placing the connected electronic device in direct sunlight or an overheated environment while charging.

Product description

The OUPES 100W Portable Solar Panel features high-conversion mono solar cells designed for reliable performance. It is rated for 100W peak power with an efficiency of 20-22%. The unit is rated IPX4, meaning it is water-resistant but not fully waterproof. Do not submerge the unit in water.

Setup and usage

1. Unfold the solar panels and spread the bracket/kickstand.
2. Place the panel on the ground or a stable surface.
3. Adjust the panel position so it faces the sunlight directly (90-degree angle).
4. Connect your device to the output port using the appropriate cable.

Cautions and safety

• Do not cover the panel with other objects while in use.
• Do not place the electronic device being charged in direct sunlight or an overheated environment.
• Do not puncture, throw, drop, bend, or modify the product.
• Keep the product away from children.
• Do not allow the panel to get wet; while it has some water resistance, it is not waterproof.

Troubleshooting

If your devices are charging slowly, check the weather conditions (cloudy or rainy days will reduce output), replace the charging cable, or ensure the device is not overheating. If the device is not charging at all, re-plug the cable, ensure the panel is facing the sun directly, and check that the surface of the panel is clean and free of dirt or obstructions.
