The QTX SpectraWash is a 240W LED stage-blinder designed for moving effects, strobes, and washes. It supports DMX, Master/Slave, Auto, and Sound-activated modes. Ensure you read the safety warnings regarding high voltage and moisture exposure before use.

Placement and safety
- Use the included mounting bracket to fix the unit to a stand or lighting truss.
- Always use secondary safety fixings if mounting the unit overhead.
- Keep the unit away from damp or dusty environments.
- Ensure adequate airflow around the fixture housings to prevent overheating.
- Do not aim the LED output directly into the line of sight to avoid eye injury.
Rear panel controls
The rear panel contains the following interfaces:

- Power input/output: Twist and lock connectors.
- Fan ventilation: Do not cover this area.
- DMX input/output: 3-pin XLR connections.
- LED display: Shows current settings and DMX status.
- Control panel: Includes MENU, UP, DOWN, and ENTER buttons for navigation.
Manual control menu
Press the MENU button to enter the settings menu. Use UP and DOWN to navigate and ENTER to confirm settings.
- A001-A512: DMX address settings.
- CH03-CH39: Switch between 4, 11, 32, and 39 channel modes.
- M000-M083: Select from 84 RGB effects.
- S000-S255: Adjust operating speed for effects.
- Soud: Sound activated mode.
- R/G/B/W 255-000: Linear dimmer control for Red, Green, Blue, and White.
- T000: Displays current fixture temperature.
Factory settings
To enter factory settings, select an address code (A001-A512) and press the MENU button for 3 seconds. In this mode, you can adjust output power, fan settings, and temperature protection points. Press MENU for 3 seconds again to exit.
DMX mode
Connect the DMX signal source to the DMX input using a balanced XLR lead. You can daisy-chain extra fixtures using the DMX output. Select d001 from the menu to enter DMX mode. The 'd' on the display will flash when a signal is received. The unit supports 4, 11, 32, or 39 channel modes.

Troubleshooting
- No power: Check mains voltage and ensure the twist-lock power lead is connected properly.
- No light output: Check control panel mode settings and ensure the DMX controller is not set to blackout.
- Unresponsive to DMX: Ensure the unit is in DMX mode, the correct address is set, and the DMX controller is on the correct fixture/page.
- Overheating: Ensure adequate ventilation and that the unit is not too close to a heat source.

Check that the mains voltage is correct and the twist-lock power lead is connected properly.
Check control panel mode settings and verify the DMX controller is not set to blackout.
Ensure the unit is in DMX mode, the correct DMX address is set, and the DMX controller is on the correct fixture/page.
Ensure adequate ventilation and that the unit is not placed too close to a heat source.
Before use
- Verify the carton contains the main unit, fixing bracket with thumbscrews, and twist-lock UK mains lead.
- Ensure the unit is kept away from damp or dusty environments.
- Use secondary safety fixings if mounting the unit overhead.
- Ensure adequate airflow around the fixture housings.
- Do not open the cover; the product is not serviceable by the end user.
