The Sanela SLU 25K is a wall-mounted thermostatic mixer with an infrared sensor for automatic operation. Crucial: The unit requires a constant 24V DC power supply. Do not connect the power supply behind a light switch, as the unit must remain under constant voltage to function correctly. Annual maintenance, including cleaning the electromagnetic valve filter, is recommended to ensure proper operation.
Installation
The mixer is designed for wall mounting with a water inlet spacing of 100mm. Ensure the water pressure is within the range of 0.1 - 0.6 MPa. The installation process involves connecting the hot and cold water supplies to the wall-mounted unit and ensuring the electrical connection is secure.
Electrical Connection
The device operates on 24V DC. It is essential that the power supply is not interrupted by a light switch or other circuit breakers. The wiring must be connected directly to a constant power source to ensure the sensor and valve operate reliably.
Operation and Settings
The mixer operates automatically via an infrared sensor. Factory settings are pre-configured, but parameters such as sensor range, flush interval, and flush duration can be adjusted using the optional SLD 03 universal remote control. The remote allows for precise tuning of the sensor sensitivity and hygienic flush cycles.
Maintenance
To prevent clogging and ensure longevity, perform the following maintenance at least once a year:
- Check and clean the electromagnetic valve filter (sieve).
- Tighten all screw connections.
- Inspect the contact surfaces of the connectors.
