Safety Instructions
- Capacity: Do not exceed the rated capacity of the cradle or the jack.
- Surface: Do not use on tarmacadam or soft surfaces; the jack may sink or topple.

- Operation: Ensure the load is placed level and centrally on the cradle before lifting.

Assembly
Before assembly, unpack the product and check contents against the parts list. Note that some items are pre-assembled.

- Remove one nut (10) from the screw rod (6) and thread the rod through the adjustment pin (5), then re-fit the nut.
- Position the saddle base (1) under the saddle plate (2) and thread the pivot shaft (12) through, ensuring a collar (7) is inserted on either side of the saddle base. Secure with a retaining ring (13) at each end of the shaft.
- Tighten the three nuts (10) near the end of the screw rod (6) and lock them using screws (11).
- Attach saddle angle brackets (14) to the saddle plate (2) using long bolts (15), washers (16), and nuts (17).
- Attach saddle angle plates (19) to the brackets (14) using bolts (20), washers (18), and nuts (17).
- Attach the chain (27) to one angle plate (19) using bolt (21), washer (22), and nut (23).
- Attach the hook pin (24) to the other angle plate (19) with washer (18) and nut (17).
- Attach the hook screw (25) to the hook pin (24) with washer (22) and wing nut (26).
Operation
To use the cradle:
- With the jack fully lowered, remove the existing fixed saddle and fit the ADT200 in its place. Secure it with nut (9) and washer (8).
- Adjust the pitch and tilt of the saddle to support the transmission unit.
- The cradle can be tilted forwards, backwards, and side-to-side by operating the screw rod (6) or turning the cradle on the jack saddle.
- Always position the angle brackets and plates to best support the transmission and ensure all nuts and bolts are retightened.
- Ensure the restraint chain is in place and tensioned before moving the jack.
- Periodically lubricate the cradle pivot points and adjusting bolts.
