The Sealey VS7019 is a pneumatic oil dispensing unit with a 10L capacity. It is designed for filling transmission fluid and includes a range of eight adaptors. Always wear eye protection and protective clothing during operation. Ensure the unit is not used for corrosive fluids and never exceed the maximum pressure of 100psi (7bar).

Operation


Filling New Fluid
- Open the filling cap and fill with oil to the desired level. DO NOT overfill beyond the 10L capacity.
- To fill the tank by vacuum: Ensure the vacuum function switch is in the vacuum position (see fig.1).
- Insert the dispensing hose into the oil container.
- Select the appropriate adaptor for the vehicle and connect it to the dispensing hose.
- Connect compressed air to the air inlet on the handle and press the trigger to create the vacuum required to draw new oil into the tank.
Filling Transmission Fluid
- Select the appropriate adaptor from the box for the specific vehicle.
- Connect the adaptor to the dispensing hose.
- Unscrew the fitting from the end of the dispensing valve assembly (see fig.2).
- Insert the required adaptor and slide the dispensing valve nut (and seal) over the adaptor and tighten.
- Turn the valve on the handle to the ON position to dispense oil into the transmission.
- Turn the valve to the OFF position to stop the flow.
Maintenance
Wipe the unit down after use. DO NOT use solvents for cleaning.
