The Sealey HT301R is a hands-free 2.5W SMD LED head torch. Before first use, ensure the device is fully charged. The torch features two power settings (high and 60% power) and is charged via a Type C USB cable. Always inspect the cable and connector for damage before connecting to a power supply.
Operation
The torch is operated using a single power button:
- Turn on (High Power): Press the power button once.
- Dim light: Press the power button a second time.
- Turn off: Press the power button a third time.
The torch can be adjusted on the headset using the thumb-wheel, cover, and screw to suit your needs.
Charging
The torch can be charged while attached to the headset or detached from the collar for convenience.
- Remove the USB socket cover on the torch.
- Connect the USB lead to the port on the end of the battery pack.
- Connect the other end to a USB power socket and turn on the power supply.
- The green LED charge indicator on the side of the torch will flash to indicate charging.
- Once charged, switch off the power supply, remove the lead, and replace the socket cover.
Safety
- Do not charge in damp conditions.
- Do not turn the torch on while it is charging.
- Do not shine the light directly into eyes.
- Do not leave the battery in a discharged state; recharge immediately.
- Storage: If not in use, fully recharge the battery at least once every six months.
- Battery: Replace only with the battery pack designated for this product.

Torch does not charge
Ensure the USB power supply is switched on and the cable is securely connected to the battery pack port.
Battery performance issues
Do not leave the battery in a discharged state. Recharge immediately after use and at least every six months if stored.
