Quick guide from the manual
This document provides assembly and safety instructions for the Sealey WBR01 100L Heavy Duty Wheelbarrow. Key operational limits include a maximum tyre pressure of 25psi and a maximum load capacity of 120kg. Always distribute loads evenly and avoid using the wheelbarrow on uneven ground or over curbs without a ramp.
Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble the wheelbarrow:
- Frame Assembly: Remove plastic wrapping and the component package from the cross member. The front support arm is pre-engaged but will require adjustment later.
- Wheel Assembly: Insert plastic bearing supports into the wheel hub recesses. Remove one bolt from the metal bearing shaft, position the wheel within the frame brackets, slide the shaft through, and refit the bolt securely.
- Pan and Frame Assembly: Partially invert the pan to access fixing holes. Insert screws from inside the pan through the frame, securing them with a plain washer, spring washer, and nut on the outside. Do not tighten fixings until all are in place.
- Front Support Assembly: Adjust the support to align with the pan's fixing hole. Insert the screw from the inside and secure with washers and nut.
- Final Assembly: Once all fixings are in place, apply final tightening. Do not over-tighten.
