Before first use

Remove all packaging materials and promotional stickers. Wipe the garment steamer head and outer parts with a lightly dampened cloth and dry thoroughly. Never submerge the appliance in water.

Filling the water tank

The steamer is intended for clean tap water. If you have hard water, mix with distilled water in the following ratios:

  • 1:1 for medium hard water
  • 2:1 for hard water
  • 3:1 for very hard water

To fill: Hold down both release buttons (A3), slide the tank out, open the filling cap, and pour water up to the MAX mark. Close the cap and click the tank back into the body.

Operation

Plug in the device and press the On/Off button (A7). The heating indicator (A5) will flash while heating up and remain lit when ready. Press and hold the steam button (A2) to emit steam. You can slide the button downwards to lock it for continuous steaming. Always keep the steamer in a vertical position during use.

Using attachments

Ensure the steamer is disconnected and cooled down before attaching or removing accessories. Seat the attachment on the head so the tip (A11) is on the underside and push it on. To remove, push forward on the tip (A11) until released.

Cleaning and maintenance

Regularly descale the steamer at least once a year or after 50 hours of operation, or when steam output reduces. Use a citric acid-based descaling agent. Fill the tank with the agent and water, heat up, and steam through an old cloth until the tank is half empty. Rinse by steaming with clean water afterwards.
