This document provides installation instructions for the Stonebaths Junior Ramp Basin 1200mm. It is a wall-hung basin requiring proper wall support. Ensure you have all necessary tools before beginning the installation.

Product specifications
The basin has a net weight of approximately 35kg. Dimensions are 1200 x 380 x 100mm with a 3mm tolerance. It is composed of a Matte White Solid Surface (12mm/20mm). The unit requires a 40mm waste connection. The product comes with a 10-year manufacturer's warranty.

Tools and accessories
Required tools: Drill, level, pencil, screwdriver. Brackets, screws, and fasteners are included with the product.

Installation steps
- Prepare the tools: Gather the drill, level, pencil, and screwdriver.
- Predrill: Bracket and screw holes are pre-drilled at the factory. If needed, drill on-site using a commercial drill and toughened drill bit at high speed. Tapholes can be drilled with a 35mm round cutout drill bit. Mark the position to the center of the back panel.
- Mark and drill: Determine the desired height, ensuring holes align with internal wall studs. Use a level to ensure the basin is straight. Mark the bracket screw and fastener holes, then drill pilot holes.
- Secure the sink: Use the provided mounting brackets and screws. Insert the first fastener, check for level, then insert remaining fasteners. Use 4 fasteners for basins up to 1500mm.
- Connect and finish: Connect supply hoses to the faucet and the waste. Turn on the water supply to check for leaks.
Important notes
Ramp basins with benchtop mounted faucets may require water pressure restrictors to reduce splash. This is particularly important for the Junior 100 Ramp Basins.
