This device is a 2-in-1 converter that bridges Bluetooth+RF signals to either DALI or 0/1-10V output. It features a built-in DALI bus power supply and a 5A relay. Important: Never set DIP switches while the device is powered. Always ensure the device is installed in a moisture-free environment.

Product Overview

The converter allows for smart control via RF remote or the EasyThings App. It supports mesh networking for extended range and cloud control via Amazon Alexa and Google Home. It includes a built-in DALI bus power supply capable of supporting up to 25 DALI control gears.

Configuration via DIP Switches

The device behavior is configured using the DIP switches. Always power off the device before making adjustments.

Output Selection (Switch 10): Set to DALI or 0/1-10V.
Device Type (Switches 8-9): Select DALI DT6 or DT8 (Tc, XY coordinates, RGBW) when in DALI mode.
Control Mode (Switch 7): Choose between Address Mode or Group Mode.
Address/Group Selection (Switches 1-6): Set the specific DALI address (00-63) or DALI group (0-15) to be controlled.

Wiring

The device supports two main wiring configurations depending on the output mode selected:

0/1-10V Output: Connects to a 0/1-10V dimmable driver. The relay output (max 5A) can be used to switch the power to the driver.
DALI Output: Connects directly to DALI DT6/DT8 control gears. The built-in power supply provides up to 50mA to the DALI bus.

Pairing and Reset

Pairing with RF+Bluetooth Remote: Follow the instructions provided with your specific remote control.

Pairing with Smart App: Use the EasyThings App. Refer to the app's user manual for adding the device.

Factory Reset: If the device needs to be reset, press and hold the Prog. button for over 3 seconds. Alternatively, power cycle the device 8 times continuously if the button is inaccessible. This restores all parameters to factory defaults.

Do not set DIP switches while power is applied.
Do not install the device while power is applied.
Do not expose the device to moisture.
Ensure the load on the relay does not exceed 5A.

Common problems

Device not responding to commands

Verify that the DIP switch settings (Output type, Address/Group mode) match your installation requirements and that the device is powered.

Need to reset to factory settings

Press and hold the 'Prog.' button for over 3 seconds, or power cycle the device 8 times continuously if the button is not accessible.

DALI bus not powering control gears

Ensure the total current draw of the connected DALI control gears does not exceed the built-in 50mA power supply limit (supports up to 25 gears).

Before use

Ensure power is OFF before adjusting any DIP switches.
Verify input voltage is 110-240V AC.
Confirm the desired output mode (DALI or 0/1-10V) using switch 10.
Check that the relay load does not exceed 5A.
Ensure the environment is dry (IP20 rating).
