This document provides essential instructions for operating your Timex DGTL Ana-Digi 03X watch. Key features include a dual-time display, 24-hour stopwatch with split time, daily alarm, hourly chime, and INDIGLO night-light. Before using the watch, ensure the plastic guard under the crown is removed and the crown is pushed in.

Time and Date Setting

To set the analog time, pull the crown out completely, rotate to the correct time, and push it back in. To set the digital time and date:

  • Press and hold RESET in Time of Day mode until the watch beeps and seconds flash.
  • Use ST/STP to set seconds to zero.
  • Press MODE to cycle through hours, minutes, year, month, and date.
  • Use ST/STP to adjust the selected value (press and hold for rapid increment).
  • Press RESET to exit the setting mode.
  • Press RESET to toggle between 12-hour (A/P indicator) and 24-hour formats.

Alarm and Hourly Chime

  • Press MODE until AL appears.
  • Press ST/STP repeatedly to toggle the alarm, hourly chime, or both on/off.
  • To set the alarm, press RESET, then use ST/STP to adjust the hour and MODE to switch to minutes.

Stopwatch

  • Press RESET while the stopwatch is running to record a split time.

Dual Time

  • Press MODE until T2 appears.
  • Press RESET, then use ST/STP to adjust the hours.
  • Press MODE to adjust minutes, choosing between the same setting as T1 or a 30-minute offset.
  • Press RESET to exit.

Water and Shock Resistance

WARNING: To maintain water resistance, do not press any buttons while underwater.

  • The watch is water-resistant only if the lens, buttons, and case remain intact.
  • Rinse with fresh water after exposure to salt water.
  • The watch is not designed for diving.
  • Shock resistance is indicated on the watch face or caseback.

Battery
