The V-TUF TORRENT 2 is an industrial mobile bowser pressure washer. Before use, ensure the machine is in good condition and the identification label is present. Always wear appropriate protective equipment (eye, face, and body protection). Do not use the machine in enclosed or unventilated areas, and never use it with inflammable, explosive, or toxic substances. Ensure the water supply is between 1 Bar and 8 Bar to prevent damage to the machine.

Machine Components
Key components identified on the machine include:

- On/Off switch
- Oil filler/breather plug
- Pressure adjustment (factory preset)
- Pump outlet (for high-pressure hose connection)
- Main suction filter
- Power cable
- Oil level sight glass
Setup and Operation

- Ensure you are near a suitable electric supply. Do not use extension cords unless they are the 'Motor Saver' type.
- Check that all connections on the suction filter are hand-tight.
- Fill the tank with clean water through the tank filler.
- Turn on the switch and run the machine until a strong, constant stream of water exits the pump outlet to prime the pump.
- Connect the high-pressure hose, gun, and lance.
- Hold the trigger open and turn on the switch to begin washing.
- When finished, turn off the switch and squeeze the pistol lever to release residual pressure.
Using Chemical Products
To use detergents, insert the black soap nozzle into the end of the lance. Fill the detergent tank and insert the detergent hose suction. During operation, the detergent will be automatically mixed with the water. For best results, apply detergent from the bottom of the surface upwards using overlapping strips. Always rinse the pump with clean water after using chemicals to prevent deposits.
Maintenance and Lubrication
Regular maintenance is essential for the longevity of the machine:
- Oil Change: Change the pump oil after the first 50 hours of use, and every 500 hours thereafter. Recommended oil is V-TUF Pressure Lube PL100.
- Filter: Check the main suction filter cartridge daily.
- Storage: Park on a flat surface, empty water circuits and fuel tank, and cover the machine if storing for an extended period.
- Winter Care: Use anti-freeze or empty the water from internal circuits to prevent frost damage.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, check the following:
- Pump not reaching pressure: Check for air leaks in piping, worn valves, worn valve seats, inadequate water nozzle, worn gaskets, or a dirty water filter.
- Fluctuations in pressure: Check for worn suction/delivery valves, foreign bodies in valves, air leaks, or worn gaskets.
- Motor does not start: Check the electric supply, fuses, and for any cable breaks.
- Excessive noise: Check for air leaks, dirty water filter, insufficient water supply, worn valve springs, or foreign bodies in valves.
Technical Specifications
The TORRENT 2 features a 150-litre bowser tank capacity, 100BAR (1450PSI) maximum pressure, and a flow rate of 12 L/min. It uses an electric switch starting system and is equipped with 10-inch pneumatic wheels.
Practical help
Common problems
Check that piping is watertight, inspect/replace valves, valve seats, water nozzle, and gaskets, or clean the water filter.
Check for worn suction/delivery valves, foreign bodies in valves, air leaks in piping/connectors, or worn gaskets.
Check fuses or overload, ensure the electric socket is on, and inspect for cable breaks.
Check for air leaks, dirty water filter, insufficient water supply, worn valve springs, or foreign bodies in valves.
Before use
- Check the condition of the machine upon receipt.
- Ensure the identification label is present and legible.
- Verify water supply is between 1 Bar and 8 Bar.
- Check that all connections are hand-tight.
- Ensure oil level is halfway up the sight glass.
- Wear appropriate protective equipment (glasses, gloves, overalls).
Specs in practice
- Bowser Tank Capacity
- 150 Litres maximum.
- Oil Capacity
- 1.2 Litres for model 250.15; 0.42kg for model 100.12.

Model compatibility
- Use only V-TUF recommended hoses, fittings, and couplings.
- Use clean water only; unfiltered water will damage the machine.
