Quick guide for the XPOtool 12V Mini Pump (models 62543, 62544, 62545). Learn how to safely operate the oil suction pump, connect it to a car battery, and perform oil changes.

Quick Guide
The XPOtool 12V Mini Pump is designed for oil changes and pumping diesel or heating oil. Important: Never pump petrol, petroleum, or other highly flammable liquids. The pump is designed for a maximum operating time of 15 minutes, after which it must be allowed to cool down. Always ensure correct polarity when connecting to a 12V battery.

Safety Instructions
- Do not run dry: Never let the pump run dry or operate with the suction pipe fully closed, as this will invalidate the warranty.
- Flammable liquids: Do not pump petrol, petroleum, or other easily inflammable liquids. Danger of explosion.
- Electrical safety: Ensure the electrical plug connections are protected from moisture. If the cable is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified electrician; do not repair it yourself.
- Supervision: This device is not intended for use by persons with limited physical, sensory, or mental abilities unless supervised.
- Maintenance: Disconnect from the power supply before performing any maintenance or repair work.
Operating the Oil Suction Pump
- Warm up the engine until the oil temperature reaches approximately 40–60 °C.
- Switch off the engine.
- Connect the suction probe with the suction hose to the suction port and the drain hose to the pump discharge port. Secure hoses with the enclosed hose clamps.
- Insert the suction probe into the dipstick tube and push it to the lowest point of the oil pan.
- Place the drain hose in a suitable container.
- Connect the pump to the battery, ensuring correct polarity (black terminal on negative pole, red terminal on positive pole).
- Switch on the pump to begin suction.
- Switch off the pump immediately after the suction process is complete.
- Fill the vehicle with new engine oil and check the level with the dipstick.
- Clean the pump and accessories thoroughly after use and store in a dust-protected place.

- 62543: 8700 rpm, 12 L/min flow rate, 3 m delivery head.
- 62544: 8700 rpm, 12 L/min flow rate, 3 m delivery head.
- 62545: 8500 rpm, 12–15 L/min flow rate, 2 m delivery head.
- Cable length: 3 m.
- Outer diameter: 38 mm.

Common problems
Switch off the pump immediately. Never let the pump run dry.
