This document provides assembly instructions for the Yaheetech 140x200cm double bed frame. The product is delivered in two separate boxes. Assembly requires two people and takes approximately 60 minutes. Please ensure all parts are present before beginning assembly.
Safety and maintenance
- Keep the bed away from fire or other heat sources.
- It is recommended to wear protective gloves during assembly.
- Firmly secure all bolts, screws, and knobs before use.
- Check and tighten all hardware every 90 days to ensure stability.

Assembly instructions
Important: During assembly, please first half-tighten all screws into the holes. Only after all screws are set should you fully tighten them with the provided Allen key.
- Headboard and Frame: Attach the side rails to the headboard using the provided screws and washers.
- Center Support: Assemble the center support beams and attach them to the frame structure.
- Legs and Brackets: Install the support legs and corner brackets to the frame.
- Final Assembly: Connect all frame sections, ensuring all joints are aligned.
- Slats: Once the frame is fully assembled and tightened, install the bed slats across the frame.

Unstable or wobbly bed frame
