Quick Guide
The Adler AD 3056 is a waffle maker designed for domestic use. Before first use, ensure all packaging is removed, the plates are cleaned, and the device is heated up to remove any manufacturing odors. During operation, the device will maintain the appropriate temperature automatically. Always use wooden or plastic utensils to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.
Description of Device
The device consists of the following main components:

- 1. Lid
- 2. Power indicator (red)
- 3. Ready indicator (green)
- 4. Temperature control knob
Before First Use
- Remove all packaging, stickers, and accessories from the outside and inside of the device (between the heating plates).
- Wipe the heating plates with a damp cloth, then dry with a soft cloth.
- Lightly grease the plates with vegetable oil or fat, close the device, and plug it into a grounded outlet.
- Operate the device for a few minutes to eliminate the factory smell. Some smoke may be emitted; this is normal.
- Clean the unit according to the cleaning instructions.
Using the Device
- Plug the closed device into a grounded outlet. The power indicator (2) will light up.
- Wait approximately 10 minutes for the device to reach the correct temperature. The ready indicator (3) will light up.
- Open the device fully and place the prepared batter onto the bottom heating plate.
- Close the device and secure the locking clip (4). Do not force the lid (1) closed.
- During operation, the ready indicator (3) will cycle on and off, indicating the thermostat is maintaining the correct temperature.
- Cooking time is approximately 5 to 15 minutes, depending on ingredients and taste preferences.
- Open the lid (1) and remove the finished waffles using only a wooden or plastic spatula.
- Close the device between batches to allow the plates to reheat.
- After use, unplug the device and allow it to cool down.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Always unplug the device and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the heating plates with a damp cloth, then dry with a soft cloth or paper towel.
- For stubborn residue, apply a small amount of cooking oil, wait a few minutes, and gently remove with a wooden spatula.
- Do not use abrasive cloths, sponges, or scouring powders, as these can damage the non-stick coating.
- Never immerse the device in water.
