Using the Mixing Bowl

1. Rotate the rise knob (2) clockwise to lift the arm.
2. Place the pot cover into its body.
3. Insert the mixing bowl into the holding device and turn it clockwise until it locks.
4. Attach the desired utensil (dough hook, beater, or whisk) to the output shaft by turning it anti-clockwise until locked.
5. Add ingredients (do not exceed 1.5 kg).
6. Lower the arm using the rise knob.
7. Connect to a 220-240 V power socket.
8. Select a speed between 1 and 6 using the speed knob.
9. For pulse operation, turn the switch to the PULSE position and hold as needed.
10. After use, return the speed knob to 0, unplug the machine, and raise the arm to remove the mixture.

Adjusting the Levels

Select the appropriate speed and tool based on the mixture type:

• Dough hook: Speed 1-3, for heavy mixtures like bread or short pastry.
• Beater: Speed 2-4, for medium-heavy mixtures like crepes or sponge mixture.
• Whisk: Speed 5-6, for light mixtures like cream or egg whites.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Important: Components are not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher. Exposure to heat or caustic cleaners may cause discoloration or deformation.

• Remove the mains lead before cleaning.
• Never immerse the motor housing in water; use a damp cloth.
• Clean accessories in soapy water and allow them to dry thoroughly.
• Apply a small quantity of vegetable oil to the screens after drying.

Troubleshooting

• Machine doesn't work: Check the power connection, ensure the rise button is in place, or check if the motor overheated (wait for it to cool down).
• Noise in the bowl: Ensure the bowl and accessory are installed correctly.
• Pot cover doesn't fit: Verify the pot cover and bowl are locked into position properly.
• Machine doesn't work on certain speeds: Ensure the knob is aligned with the markings and try resetting to 0.
