Common problems
Loose or damaged keyless chuck
Replace with part 1 619 PS1 119, ensuring a torque of > 15 Nm during installation.
Housing screws loose
Ensure Torx screws (Pos. 101) are tightened to 0.4 - 0.6 Nm using a T8 driver.
Before use
- Verify the battery pack (91) is fully charged.
- Ensure the keyless chuck (25) is securely tightened.
- Check that the changeover lever (6) moves freely.
- Inspect the housing (1) for any cracks or damage.
