This guide provides essential instructions for operating the Comsol 15000mAh Power Bank (SWP15). Before first use, it is required to fully charge the power bank for 12 to 16 hours using a USB wall charger. The device features solar charging capabilities, dual USB outputs, and a built-in LED light.

Charging the Power Bank

You can charge the power bank using two methods:

  • USB Wall Charger: Connect the included USB Type A to micro USB cable to the micro USB input on the power bank and plug it into a wall charger. The capacity LED indicators will flash while charging.
  • Solar Panel: Expose the solar panels to direct sunlight. The first red LED will light up to indicate the power bank is charging via the solar panel. Note that charging speed depends on the intensity of the sunlight.

Charging Devices

To charge your phone or other USB device:

  1. Connect your device's charging cable to one of the USB outputs on the power bank.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to your device.
  3. Press the On/Off button to start charging.
  4. The power bank will automatically turn off when your device is fully charged.

You can charge two devices simultaneously.

Checking Capacity

Press the On/Off button to view the remaining capacity. The LEDs will turn off automatically after about 30 seconds:

  • 4 LEDs: 75% to 100%
  • 3 LEDs: 50% to 75%
  • 2 LEDs: 25% to 50%
  • 1 LED: 5% to 25%
  • Less than 5%: Flashing LED

Using the LED Light

To activate the built-in LED light:

  • Press and hold the On/Off button for 3 seconds.
  • The light should last approximately 55 to 65 hours.
  • To turn off the LED light, press and hold the On/Off button for 3 seconds again.

Safety Instructions

  • Store the power bank in a cool and dry place.
  • Operating temperature should be between -10C and 45C.
  • If the power bank is not used for long periods, charge and discharge it once every three months.
  • The power bank may feel warm during charging; this is a normal operating condition.
  • Do not dispose of the power bank in heat or fire.
  • Do not use chemicals or detergents to clean the power bank.
