Battery and Charging

Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use. Insert the battery into the holder until it clicks into place. The battery charge indicator shows the status when the on/off switch is pressed halfway. If the red LED indicator lights up permanently, the battery is too hot; if it flashes, the tool is blocked.

Adjustments

  • Cutting Depth: Loosen the wing bolt, adjust the tool position relative to the base plate, and retighten the bolt.
  • Cutting Angle: Loosen the wing bolt for the bevel angle, adjust to the desired angle on the scale, and retighten.
  • Laser Alignment: Use the provided hex key and a small screwdriver to align the laser line parallel to the cutting edge.

Cutting

Guide the tool evenly with light pressure. For precise cuts, use the parallel guide or an auxiliary guide (a board or rail clamped to the workpiece). Always ensure the lower guard moves freely and closes automatically.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Remove the battery before any maintenance or tool changes. Keep the tool and ventilation slots clean. Regularly clean the area around the lower guard to ensure it functions correctly. Clean saw blades immediately after use to remove resin or glue residue.

Safety

Always keep hands away from the cutting area and the blade. Never reach underneath the workpiece. Support large panels to minimize the risk of blade pinching and kickback. Do not use HSS saw blades or abrasive wheels.
