Quick Guide
The EHX Expression pedal is designed to control expression parameters on devices equipped with an expression jack. To ensure proper operation, always use the included 1/4 inch TRS cable. Standard 1/4 inch TS instrument cables will not work with this device.
Controls and I/O Jacks
- TRS OUT Jack: Connects the pedal to the expression input of your device using a 1/4 inch TRS cable.
- REV Button: Reverses the sweep direction of the pedal. In the OUT position, the sweep is standard (minimum to maximum). In the IN position, the sweep is reversed (maximum to minimum).
- TRS +/- Button: Adjusts the polarity of the TRS jack for compatibility with various devices. For EHX pedals, this should be set to the OUT position.
- RANGE Knob: Adjusts the minimum setting of the expression pedal. Turning the knob towards 0 moves the minimum sweep setting towards the fixed maximum. Set to 10 for the full range.
