Installation and Care Instructions for Falcon Ridge Aero-Vent Polycarbonate Windshield for 2019 Polaris RZR

This document provides instructions for installing the Falcon Ridge Aero-Vent Polycarbonate Windshield on a 2019 Polaris RZR. Important: Do not remove the protective film until you have verified that all parts are present and fit correctly, as the product cannot be returned for a full refund once the film is removed.

Installation procedure

1. Preparation: Lay the windshield on a clean surface and peel off the protective film. Apply the 46” rubber gasket firmly across the bottom edge of the windshield, trimming any excess.
2. Vent Slider Assembly: Slide two nylon spacers onto each hex head bolt. Insert the bolts through the vent slider holes and secure them with lock nuts until flush with the nut edge.
3. Slider Attachment: Place the slider on the inside surface of the windshield (the side with the gasket). Secure it using the plastic slide fasteners through the slots into the windshield holes. Ensure lock nuts sit in the large slots.
4. Padding: Apply the adhesive padding around the plastic piece at the top of the vehicle's roll cage where the windshield will sit.
5. Mounting: Place the windshield onto the vehicle. Insert the four Velcro clamps through the square holes, then wrap the straps around the roll cage and under the wire. Pull the straps back and secure them to the Velcro.

Cleaning and maintenance

To prevent scratches, always clean the windshield using a liquid cleaner. Use a soft, clean rag or a micro-fiber cloth. Any standard window cleaner is suitable for this purpose.
