Installation and Care Guide for Falcon Ridge Massimo MSU500 Soft Door Kit

This document provides instructions for the installation and maintenance of the Falcon Ridge Soft Door Kit (MA-MSU500-SDK01) for the Massimo MSU500. The installation process relies on adhesive Velcro strips and magnets. For optimal results, perform the installation in temperatures of 70 degrees F or warmer to ensure proper adhesive bonding.

Installation procedure

Before beginning, ensure you are working on a clean, flat surface. Verify that you have all parts: 28 adhesive Velcro hook strips (3 inches each) and 2 cab enclosure panels.

1. Clean the roll cage thoroughly where the Velcro strips will be applied.
2. Apply the 3-inch adhesive Velcro strips to the roll cage across the top of the door area.
3. Continue applying adhesive strips down the front and back of the door frame on the roll cage.
4. Wrap the roll cage with the adhesive strips first, then secure the double-sided Velcro sewn onto the enclosure edges around these strips for a firm hold.
5. Once all Velcro is positioned, the bottom of the door will align using the integrated magnets. The front of the door attaches to the inside of the factory half-door, while the rear portion attaches to the outside of the roll cage.

Cleaning and storage

Proper care extends the life of your enclosure:

• Cleaning: Use a soft rag or sponge with a mild liquid detergent and warm water. Never use a dry cloth or rag to rub the windows, as this may cause scratches.
• Storage: Do not fold the cab, as this will damage the windows. Instead, roll the cab into a cylinder approximately 8 inches in diameter.
• Preparation: Ensure the cab is completely clean and dry before rolling it for storage. Store at normal room temperature and avoid exposure to extreme heat or cold.
