This manual provides installation instructions for the Falcon Ridge Diamond Plate Roof (Model AC-WILDCAT-X-HT01) designed for the Textron Wildcat X. Before beginning, verify all parts are present. The installation requires applying adhesive padding, installing U-nuts, and securing the roof with bolts and spacers. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact customer service at 606-845-7439.

Installation instructions

Preparation

Before installing the roof, clean the top middle bar. Apply the 5” adhesive rubber padding to the center of the top middle bar so that it faces the sky.

Mounting the roof

1. Install the 4 U-Nuts (black metal clips with a threaded hole) into the smaller of the two holes in each of the four corner brackets.
2. Place the roof on top of the Wildcat.
3. Insert the 2” bolts with a metal washer and a rubber washer through the holes into the brackets.
4. Place a 1 ¼” black spacer under the roof so the bolt runs through it before screwing into the U-Nut.
5. Wait until all four bolts are in place before tightening them down.
6. Once tightened, attach the 40” edge trim pieces to both sides of the roof.

Warranty and return policy

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Products must be in unused, factory-new condition. A 25% restocking fee applies to returns. Contact Falcon Ridge at 606-845-7439 for a return authorization number. The product carries a 30-day warranty for defects and a 1-year warranty for material or workmanship defects. Proof of purchase and pictures of defects are required for warranty claims.
