This document provides instructions for installing the Falcon Ridge Full Cab on a Kawasaki Pro FX. The installation process involves applying adhesive Velcro strips to the vehicle's roll cage and securing the enclosure panels. Important: Installation should be performed at a temperature of 70 degrees F (21 degrees C) or warmer to ensure proper adhesive bonding. If working in colder conditions, store the adhesive Velcro at room temperature before starting.
Installation sequence
The cab must be installed in the following order:

- Rear Window
- Doors
- Polycarbonate Windshield
- Top Cap
Rear Window installation
Begin by cleaning the installation area. Apply the 24-inch adhesive Velcro strip centered on the top rear bar, followed by 10-inch strips on each side with a 2-inch gap. Secure the side bars using 35-inch strips placed behind the side protection bars. The bottom of the rear window is secured using a 63-inch strip across the bottom plastic and two 6-inch strips at the bottom ends of the roll cage.
Door installation
Hold the door in place to mark the locations for the Velcro strips along the top and front edges. Apply the supplied 3-inch adhesive Velcro strips to the roll cage at these marks. Wrap the double-sided Velcro straps around the adhesive strips to secure the door. The rear edge of the door attaches to the rear window using sewn-in Velcro and magnets.

Top Cap installation
Install the Top Cap with the pointed end facing the front. Use the two straps with grommets for the front (securing them under the windshield thumb nuts) and the two straps with Velcro for the rear. Wrap the rear straps tightly around the roll cage bars. Finally, install the bent brace across the top of the windshield, cutting small holes in the Top Cap to allow bolts to pass through for a wind-tight seal.
Cleaning and storage
Clean the enclosure using a soft rag or sponge with mild liquid detergent and warm water. Never rub the windows with a dry cloth. For storage, roll the cab (do not fold) into a roll approximately 8 inches in diameter to prevent damage to the vinyl windows. Store at room temperature and avoid extreme heat or cold.
Practical help
Common problems
Ensure installation is performed at 70 degrees F or warmer. If cold, store Velcro at room temperature before application.
Use only a soft rag or sponge with mild soap and warm water. Never rub windows with a dry cloth or rag.
Always roll the cab for storage; never fold it, as folding causes permanent damage to the vinyl.
Before use
- Verify all parts are present according to the parts list (Velcro strips, straps, panels).
- Ensure the installation surface is clean and free of dirt.
- Check that the ambient temperature is at least 70 degrees F.
- Have a second person available to help hold doors in place during marking.
