This document provides instructions for the installation of the Falcon Ridge Diamond Plate Roof (model AC-WILDCAT-X-HT01) on Arctic Cat / Textron Wildcat X vehicles. • 1 Diamond Plate Roof
• 4 2-inch Bolts
• 4 U-Nuts
• 4 1.25-inch Black Nylon Spacers
• 4 Large Stainless Steel Washers
• 4 Large Rubber Washers
• 2 40-inch Edge Trims
• 1 5-inch Adhesive Rubber Padding

Installation procedure

1. Prepare the frame: Apply the 5-inch adhesive rubber padding to the top middle bar of the vehicle frame, ensuring it faces upward.
2. Install U-Nuts: Place the 4 U-Nuts into the smaller of the two holes located in each of the four corners of the frame brackets.
3. Mount the roof: Position the roof on top of the vehicle. Insert the 2-inch bolts through a metal washer, then a rubber washer, and finally through the roof holes into the frame brackets.
4. Secure spacers: Place a 1.25-inch black nylon spacer under the roof for each bolt so the bolt passes through the spacer before threading into the U-Nut.
5. Tighten: Ensure all four bolts are in place before fully tightening them.
6. Finish: Attach the 40-inch edge trim pieces to both sides of the roof.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt in unused, factory-new condition. A 25% restocking fee applies to returns. Contact 606-845-7439 for a return authorization number. The product includes a 30-day defect warranty and a 1-year limited warranty covering material or workmanship defects.
