Installation Instructions for SuperATV Half Doors for CFMOTO UFORCE 1000XL

Important Installation Information

Before beginning the installation, ensure you have all the necessary parts and tools. Do not discard any packaging until the product has been successfully installed. Note that this product is designed for the CFMOTO UFORCE 1000XL under stock conditions; adding or modifying parts may void the warranty and interfere with other aftermarket accessories.

Preparation

Begin by removing the existing components from the vehicle to prepare for the new door installation:

• Remove the stock door components and hardware as shown in the manual.
• Remove the stock nets and latches.
• Remove the hardware from the front and rear seating areas.
• Keep all removed hardware organized, as some may be reused or required for reference.

Front Door Installation

Follow these steps to install the front doors:

1. Install Left Lower Mount (K): Secure the mount to the vehicle frame using the provided M6 x 20mm hardware. Do not tighten completely yet.
2. Install Left Striker Mount (F): Attach the striker mount to the frame using M8 x 30mm hardware.
3. Install Door Stop: Secure the door stop to the floor using M6 x 25mm hardware and washers.
4. Install Left Frame Mount (H): Secure the frame mount to the vehicle. Install clip nuts to the designated locations and install spacers as required.
5. Secure Left Door (D): Attach the door to the frame mount and the lower mount using M8 x 14mm hardware.

Rear Door Installation

Follow these steps to install the rear doors:

1. Install Left Rear Frame Mount (T): Secure the mount to the rear frame using M8 x 16mm hardware.
2. Prepare for Installation: Raise the cargo bed and rotate the bolster up and secure it.
3. Install Left Rear Lower Mount (Q): Attach the lower mount to the Left Rear Filler Plate (L) using M8 x 14mm hardware.
4. Install Left Rear Door (M): Mount the door onto the filler plate.
5. Secure Assembly: Install the door assembly to the frame mount (T) and secure the lower mount (Q) to the frame. Do not tighten hardware completely.
6. Install Striker Mount (S): Attach the striker mount to the frame and install the striker pin.

Alignment and Finalization

Once all components are loosely installed, perform the final alignment:

• Close the doors and engage the latches to ensure proper fitment.
• Align the doors to the machine body.
• Place the door stop in contact with the door and tighten all hardware completely.
• Repeat the entire installation process for the passenger side of the vehicle.
• Lower the cargo bed once installation is complete.
