The Fiamma Carry-Bike Pro and Pro N are bicycle carriers designed for motorhomes. The maximum load capacity is 60 kg. It can carry up to 4 standard bicycles or 2 E-bikes. Before installation, ensure the vehicle wall or rear door is sufficiently solid to support the carrier. If the wall is not strong enough, reinforcement is required. Always check the carrier's attachment points periodically, especially after the first few kilometers and before/after long trips.
Product description
The Carry-Bike Pro and Pro N consist of a structural frame, mounting brackets, and rails for bicycles. The system includes various hardware components (bolts, washers, nuts) for secure attachment to the vehicle. The Pro N model includes specific upper bar components.

Installation
Preparation: Check that all parts are undamaged. Verify the strongest points on the vehicle wall for bracket placement.

Mounting:
- Measure the vertical spacing and cut the tubes (A) if necessary.
- Mark the drilling points on the vehicle wall (refer to the 65cm/55cm spacing diagrams).
- Drill holes (6.5mm diameter) and mount the brackets using the provided hardware (F, T, E, U, H, G).
- Assemble the structure, ensuring the frame is compressed as much as possible before drilling.
- Tighten bolts so that the washer is in contact with the plastic cover and the thread protrudes from the nut.
- For the Pro N model, ensure the upper bar is correctly installed.
- Do not fully tighten the fork to the tube; leave a 2mm space.
Loading bicycles
Weight distribution: The heaviest bicycles must be placed near the wall of the vehicle to ensure stability. Do not exceed the maximum permissible axle load of the vehicle.

Securing bikes: Use the provided straps (O, P) to secure the bikes to the carrier. It is recommended to remove batteries from E-bikes before loading. Rotate the handlebars of the bicycles to avoid damage to the vehicle wall.
Safety and maintenance
- Always signal the presence of the carrier if it extends beyond the vehicle's dimensions.
- Use additional rear-view mirrors if rear visibility is limited.
- Check the carrier periodically for loose bolts, worn straps, or shifted brackets.
- Replace any worn or porous rubber parts immediately.
- Fiamma declines responsibility for damage caused by improper installation or modification of the product.
