The Fiamma Carry-Bike is designed for Volkswagen T5 and T6 vehicles. The maximum load capacity is 60kg, and it can carry up to 4 bicycles. Crucial: During installation, do not fully tighten the fork to the tube; you must leave a 2mm space. Always ensure the vehicle's rear door is solid enough to support the carrier before installation.

Package Contents
The package includes various structural tubes, brackets, and hardware (screws, nuts, washers). Refer to the parts diagram on page 2 to identify all components (A through Z1) before beginning assembly.

Installation
Follow these steps to assemble and mount the carrier:

- Step 1-3: Assemble the main structure. Ensure the fork is not fully tightened to the tube (leave 2mm space).
- Step 4-6: Connect the upper and lower tubes and secure them with the provided hardware.
- Step 7-9: Attach the mounting brackets and protective pads to the vehicle.
- Step 10-12: Mount the carrier onto the vehicle and secure the lower brackets by pulling down the structure to ensure a steady fit.
- Step 13-15: Finalize the installation by attaching the bike rails and bike blocks.
Usage and Safety
Follow these guidelines for safe operation:
- Distribute weight evenly, placing the heaviest bikes closest to the vehicle wall.
- Do not exceed the maximum permitted length and total weight of the vehicle.
- Always warn other drivers of the carrier's presence, especially if rear visibility is limited.
- Check the carrier's attachment periodically, especially after the first few kilometers and before/after long trips.
- The tailgate can be opened when the Carry-Bike is mounted, but only if no bicycles are attached.
- Bike covers are not allowed on this model.
- Rotate bicycle handlebars to avoid damage to the vehicle wall.
Maintenance
Regularly inspect all rubber parts under the brackets and the straps. If they appear porous or worn, replace them immediately. Ensure that the support brackets do not shift sideways and do not touch the vehicle roof, hinges, or bolts.
