The Fiamma Caravan XL A Pro 200 E-Bike is a bicycle carrier designed for caravans. It is essential to adhere to the following limits for safe operation:
- Maximum load: 50 kg total.
- Maximum capacity: 2 bicycles.
- Maximum speed: 80 km/h.
- Battery safety: Always remove batteries from e-bikes before transport.
Installation
The installation requires basic tools and careful assembly of the frame components. Follow these steps:
- Assemble the main frame structure using parts A, C, and D as shown in the assembly diagrams.
- Secure all bolts and nuts using the provided tools.
- Important Warning: When attaching the fork to the tube, do not fully tighten the connection. You must leave a 2 mm space to ensure proper fit and prevent damage.
Usage
Once installed, secure the bicycles to the carrier:
- Use the provided bike holders (G, H, F) to secure the bike frames to the carrier structure.
- Ensure the bike wheels are properly strapped to the rails.
- For added security, use the optional Security Strip (Code 98656-419).
- Check that the carrier does not obstruct the vehicle's parking sensors.
Safety and Maintenance
Regular maintenance is required to ensure the safety of the carrier and the vehicle:
- Check all fasteners and bolts after the first few kilometers of travel and before every long trip.
- Inspect rubber components for wear or porosity; replace immediately if damaged.
- If using a trailer, ensure the tow hook remains accessible and the trailer's angular mobility is guaranteed (DIN 74058).

Carrier feels loose or unstable
Check all fasteners and bolts. Tighten them if necessary, especially after the first few kilometers of use and before long trips.
Fork connection is too tight
Do not fully tighten the fork to the tube. You must leave a 2 mm space to allow for proper movement and prevent damage.

- Verify the total weight of the bikes does not exceed 50 kg.
- Ensure the carrier is securely mounted to the caravan.
