Installation
Follow these steps to assemble and mount the carrier:
- Step 1-3: Assemble the main frame components (A, B, E, F, C) as shown in the diagrams. Ensure all parts are aligned correctly.
- Step 4-5: Mount the frame to the vehicle. Use the provided M6 screws, washers, and nuts to secure the structure.
- Step 6: Attach the fork to the tube, ensuring a 2mm gap is maintained. Do not overtighten.
- Step 7: Finalize the assembly by securing the remaining components (H, I, L, G) and adjusting the rail positions.
Usage and Safety
To ensure safe operation, adhere to the following guidelines:
- Weight Limits: The maximum load capacity is 50kg. Do not exceed this limit.
- Weight Distribution: Load the bicycles evenly. Place the heaviest bike closest to the vehicle wall to ensure stability.

Ensure the heaviest bicycle is positioned closest to the vehicle wall. Check that all straps are tight and secure.
