Installation

  1. Main Frame Assembly: Insert the main frame (A) into the rail support (B). Secure using the provided hardware (K, X, Y) as shown in step 1.
  2. Mounting: Position the carrier on the caravan. Use the provided U-bolts (D) and fasteners (W, Z, X) to secure the carrier to the caravan frame. Ensure all connections are tight.
  3. Drilling and Securing: Use the provided screws (Q) to secure the rail support. Ensure you use a 4mm drill bit where indicated in step 4.
  4. Straps: Attach the straps (E) to the frame as shown in step 5 to secure the bike rack structure.

Usage

The carrier is designed to hold up to 3 bikes (or 2 E-bikes). Ensure the load is distributed correctly. To attach bikes, use the Bike-Block Pro S (F, G, H) components. Follow the 360-degree adjustment instructions on page 9 to position the bike blocks correctly on the frame and bike tubes.
