Installation
Tools needed: Screwdriver, electric drill with 3 mm bit, mounting screws, power/ground cables (min. 20 mm²), and speaker cables (min. 2.5 mm²).
Mounting: Select a location that is convenient for wiring and has ample room for air circulation. Use the amplifier as a template to mark the mounting holes, then drill and secure the unit with screws.
Power connection
Connect the +12V DC cable to the battery side with an external 200A fuse. Ensure the radio and other devices are turned off during connection. Connect the ground cable to a solid chassis point. Connect the remote turn-on lead to the head unit.
Controls and functions
- Input Level: Adjusts input sensitivity.
- Bass Boost: Adjusts bass level from 0 to +12 dB.
- Low Pass: Sets the crossover frequency between 30 Hz and 250 Hz.
- Subsonic Filter: Filters low frequencies between 10 Hz and 50 Hz to protect the subwoofer.
- Phase Shift: Adjusts the subwoofer phase relative to the front system.
- Master/Slave Switch: Configures the amplifier for link mode operation.
Operation
The amplifier turns on automatically a few seconds after the radio is powered. If the unit overheats (approx. 80°C), it will shut down temporarily and restart automatically once cooled.
Audio Level Adjustment: Turn the level control to MIN, set the radio volume to 2/3 of its maximum, and then adjust the amplifier level for a comfortable listening volume.
Wiring configurations

- Stereo Wiring: Connecting subwoofers to the speaker terminals.

Common problems
No sound
Check amplifier fuses, ensure remote lead is connected, verify +12V and ground connections, and check for speaker shorts.
Amp not switching on
Check power wire connections and ensure the remote wire has voltage when the radio is on.
Protection LED is on
The amplifier may be overheating or there is a short circuit in the speaker wires. Reduce volume or check speaker wiring.
Amp turns off at high volume
Check speaker load impedance to ensure it meets the amplifier's requirements.
