  1. Assemble the unit on a flat, level, hard, and smooth surface.
  2. Attach each caster to the base using caster bolts, washers, and nuts. Ensure one washer is under the bolt head and another between the nut and caster plate.
  3. Assemble the saddle head slide onto the saddle head using saddle bolts and nuts.
  4. Insert the saddle assembly into the base, align the holes, and secure with the lock pin and loop wire lock.
  5. Secure the chain to the lock pin and the metal loop on the base using the split rings.

  1. Lift the vehicle high enough to roll the dollies underneath. Place one dolly on each side of the vehicle body under the frame pinch weld.
  2. Remove the lock pin, raise the saddle to the necessary height, re-insert the lock pin, and secure it with the loop wire lock.
  3. Align the saddle opening with the vehicle's pinch weld.
  4. Loosen the saddle bolts and open the saddle wide enough for the frame pinch weld to fit into the openings.
  5. Slowly lower the vehicle body onto the saddles. Ensure the pinch welds are properly lined up with the saddle openings before lowering completely.
  6. Secure the vehicle to the dollies by tightening the saddle bolts.
  7. Lock the casters by pressing all six caster locks into the ON position.

Inspection and Maintenance
