This document provides universal installation and maintenance instructions for Immax luminaires. Please note that this is a supplementary guide; always follow the specific pictorial instructions provided with your product.

• Safety First: Always switch off the fuses before starting. Installation requires at least two people and must be performed by a qualified electrician.
• Preparation: Unpack the luminaire and place it on a soft surface to prevent scratches.
• Warranty Warning: Improper installation or unauthorized modification will void the warranty.

Installation and Adjustments

Diffuser Installation

When installing or removing a plastic diffuser, handle it with extreme care. Bend the diffuser slightly so that it touches the edges of the luminaire as little as possible. Excessive contact can damage the surface finish of the luminaire or the diffuser itself. Mechanical damage caused by improper handling is not covered by the warranty.

Pendant Light Height Adjustment

After installing the chandelier on the ceiling, you can adjust the height by modifying the length of the suspension cables.

• Shortening the cable: Release the lock located at the upper end of the cable (at the luminaire base) by pressing it into the base body. Slowly slide the cable upwards towards the base. The cable will remain fixed in the selected position.
• Extending the cable: If the cable was pulled too far, release the lock again by pressing the securing ring inside the luminaire base. This allows the cable to be released and adjusted to the desired length.
• Important: Never pull the cables by force without deactivating the lock, as this causes mechanical damage not covered by the warranty.

Maintenance and Disposal

The surface of the luminaire does not require special maintenance. Clean it using a soft, damp cloth or a duster.

Disposal: This product must not be disposed of with municipal waste. Please take it to designated collection points for proper recycling (WEEE-Reg.-No. DE 88927148).
