The Instant Cold Brewer uses FlashExtract technology to make cold brew coffee or iced tea in under 30 minutes. Always ensure the brew basket bottom cap is securely fastened before use. Do not use fine-ground coffee or tea bags. The unit is for household use only and should be operated on a stable, level surface.
What's in the Box
The package includes the following components:

- Glass jug
- Lid
- Brew basket with bottom cap
- Coffee scoop
- Power base with control panel
Initial Setup and Cleaning
Before using the brewer for the first time:
- Remove all packaging materials.
- Ensure the brew basket's bottom cap is securely fastened.
- Wash the glass jug, lid, brew basket, and coffee scoop by hand or on the top rack of a dishwasher.
- Wipe the power base and control panel with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the power base in water or place it in the dishwasher.
- Place the brew basket into the glass jug and set the jug onto the power base.
Control Panel Operation
The control panel features flat-touch buttons. To operate, touch lightly:

- Cancel: Stops the brewing program.
- Start: Begins the brewing process.
- +/- Buttons: Adjust the brewing time. You can press and hold '+' to add time in 5-minute increments.
- Time Display: Shows the remaining brew time.
Cold Brewing Instructions
Recommended Coffee Ratios:
- 2 Servings: 3.5 scoops (approx. 34g) of medium-ground coffee, 16 oz water, 15 minutes.
- 4 Servings: 7 scoops (approx. 67g) of medium-ground coffee, 32 oz water, 20 minutes.
Brewing Process:
- Plug in and turn on the unit.
- Fill the glass jug with water and place it on the power base.
- Fill the brew basket with coffee grounds or loose tea leaves. Do not overfill.
- Place the loaded basket into the jug and secure the lid. Ensure the pour spout is closed.
- Set the desired time using the +/- buttons.
- Press Start.
- When the timer reaches 00, remove the lid and basket.
- Unscrew the bottom cap to discard grounds/leaves.
- Place the lid back on and turn to open the pour spout to serve.
Care and Cleaning
Always unplug the power base before cleaning. Never use abrasive materials or harsh chemicals. The glass jug, lid, brew basket, and coffee scoop are dishwasher safe (top rack). Wipe the power base and control panel with a damp cloth only. Do not fold the power cord when storing.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, check the following:
- Display shows E1: The agitator is jammed due to overfilling or large ingredients. Remove the basket, clear the grounds/tea, and refill without overfilling.
- Loud noise during brewing: The brew basket is not seated correctly. Cancel the program, remove the lid, and reseat the basket.
- Less water than expected: Water is trapped in the basket. Remove and slightly tilt the basket to drain.
- Brewer stops after a few seconds: The jug is not placed correctly or the basket is not fully assembled. Ensure all parts are seated properly.

Practical help
Common problems
