Quick guide from the manual

This document provides installation instructions for the LeoVince 14363E LV One EVO slip-on exhaust. Before beginning, ensure the engine and exhaust system have cooled down completely to prevent burns or damage to heat-sensitive components. The installation requires basic mechanical skills; professional fitting is recommended. After the first 100 km of use, it is mandatory to check and tighten all fasteners, as the system will settle during the break-in period.

Components list

The package includes the following main components:

  • Silencer (Muffler)
  • Link pipe
  • Fitting kit (includes springs, spacers, washers, and brackets)

Refer to the technical drawing in the manual for the specific assembly order of the hardware.

  1. Remove the original silencer: Follow the manufacturer's procedure to remove the stock exhaust system.
  2. Prepare the LeoVince silencer: Slide the LeoVince silencer onto the link pipe. Check the alignment of the mounting eyes for the springs and the exhaust outlet. Connect the parts using the provided springs.
  3. Install the link pipe: Verify the mating surfaces are clean. Slide the link pipe onto the original header. Warning: Do not damage the graphite bushing if supplied; it must replace the original one. Partially tighten the securing strap to allow for final adjustments.
  4. Mounting: Install spacers, washers, and brackets as shown in the technical drawing. Secure everything by tightening the nuts and bolts.
  5. Final check: Tighten all clamps to secure the connection between the LeoVince link pipe and the original header. Start the engine, let it run for a few minutes to reach operating temperature, and check for any gas leaks.

Maintenance

Periodically check all brackets and fasteners, as they may be affected by vibration and heat. The silencer can be cleaned using gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol. Do not use solvents. Some discoloration of the silencer is normal due to heat and the nature of the materials used.

Warnings

Any modification or tampering with the exhaust system is strictly prohibited. The manufacturer declines all responsibility for defects or malfunctions resulting from unauthorized modifications. Ensure the exhaust surface is cool before performing any maintenance.
