Quick Guide from the Manual

This manual provides instructions for the installation and maintenance of the LeoVince LV One EVO Slip-On exhaust system. Before beginning, ensure the exhaust system is completely cool to avoid burns or damage to heat-sensitive components. It is highly recommended to have the installation performed by a professional.

Important: During the first kilometers of use, the exhaust system will undergo a break-in period. Slight gas leakage may occur initially. After approximately 100 km, it is mandatory to check and tighten all fasteners.

  1. Remove the original silencer from the motorcycle.
  2. Verify the condition of the mating surfaces. Slide the new link pipe onto the original header, taking care not to damage the graphite bushing (if supplied). Partially tighten the securing strap to allow for final adjustments.
  3. Slide the LeoVince silencer onto the link pipe. Check the alignment of the mounting eyes for the springs and the exhaust outlet.
  4. Connect the silencer and link pipe using the provided springs.
  5. Fit the clamp to the silencer. Mount the spacers, washers, and brackets as shown in the technical drawing.
  6. Secure all nuts and bolts firmly.
  7. Start the engine, wait a few minutes for it to reach operating temperature, and check for any gas leaks.

Maintenance and Care

To keep your exhaust system in optimal condition:

  • Periodically check all brackets and fasteners, as they may be affected by vibration and heat.
  • Inspect sound-deadening material, seals, and rubber parts, and replace them if they show signs of deterioration.
  • Clean the silencer using gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol. Do not use solvents of any kind.
  • Note that some discoloration of the silencer is normal due to heat and the nature of the materials used; this is not a defect.

Important Safety Warnings

  • Prohibited: Any modification or tampering with the exhaust silencer is strictly forbidden. The manufacturer declines all responsibility for defects or malfunctions resulting from modified products.
  • Ensure the exhaust surface is cool before performing any maintenance or cleaning.
  • Always verify compatibility with your specific motorcycle version (e.g., 35kW versions) before installation.
