This manual provides installation and maintenance instructions for the LeoVince 15200C exhaust muffler, designed for the Kawasaki ZX-10 R / RR Ninja. The system supports both Low and High mount configurations. Always ensure the exhaust system has cooled down before performing any work to avoid burns or damage to heat-sensitive components.

The kit includes the following main components:

• Silenziatore (Muffler)
• Collettore (Link pipe) 1154
• Collettore (Link pipe) 1155
• Kit minuteria (Fitting kit)

Installation Instructions

1. Remove the original (OE) silencer.
2. Verify that the mating surfaces are clean and in good condition.
3. Slide the link pipe onto the original header, taking care not to damage the graphite bushing (if supplied). Partially tighten the securing strap to allow for adjustments.
4. Slide the LeoVince silencer onto the link pipe.
5. Check the alignment of the mounting eyes for the springs and the exhaust outlet.
6. Connect the parts together using the provided springs.
7. Mount spacers, washers, and brackets as shown in the technical drawing and secure with the provided nuts and bolts.
8. Tighten all clamps joining the link pipe to the exhaust headers.
9. Start the engine, wait a few minutes for it to reach operating temperature, and check for gas leaks.

Maintenance and Care

Regular maintenance is required to ensure the longevity of the exhaust system:

• Break-in: During the first kilometers, the exhaust system will settle. Slight gas leakage may occur. Check and tighten all fasteners after approximately 100 km.
• Cleaning: The silencer can be cleaned using gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol. Do not use any solvents.
• Discoloration: Some discoloration of the silencer is normal due to heat and the nature of the materials used.
• Inspection: Periodically check all brackets, fasteners, and rubber parts (seals, sound-deadening material) and replace them if necessary.
