This document provides essential instructions for operating your Maisto Radio Control Vehicle. The vehicle features a built-in rechargeable battery and requires a separate controller powered by 1.5V AAA batteries. Charging the Vehicle

- Open the charging port cover on the vehicle.
- Ensure the power switch is set to the CHARGE position.
- Connect the USB charging plug to a certified USB port.
- The charge LED indicator will flash green while charging.
- When the LED stays solid green, the battery is fully charged.
- Disconnect the USB cable and replace the charging port cover.
Controller Setup
- Ensure the power switch on the controller is in the OFF position.
- Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw on the battery cover.
- Install 2 new 1.5V AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as shown inside the compartment.
- Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw.
Operation and Pairing
- Switch both the controller and the vehicle to the ON position.
- The Power LED on both units will flash for less than 3 seconds and then stay on, indicating that automatic frequency matching is complete.
- Use the trigger on the transmitter to drive the vehicle forward or backward.
- Use the steering wheel to control the vehicle's direction (left/right) or to perform 360-degree spins.
- Always turn the switches on both the controller and vehicle to OFF when not in use.
Performance Tips
- Do not drive the vehicle on grass, sand, or through water.
- Avoid driving in windy or rainy weather.
- Keep fingers, hair, and loose clothing away from the vehicle.
- The operating range can be affected by weak batteries or interference from other R/C items, CB radios, or high-voltage transmitters.
Safety and Maintenance
- The built-in battery must be charged before use.
- Do not charge the battery for more than 1.5 hours (except for the initial two charges).
- Do not touch the vehicle when it is hot; allow it to cool before recharging.
- Do not dispose of the battery in fire.
- Regularly examine the USB cable for damage to the cord, plug, or enclosure.
- Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before being charged (for the transmitter, if applicable).
