This document provides installation and maintenance instructions for the OVE Berkeley 24 bathroom vanity. Before beginning installation, inspect the product for any visual defects, as the warranty does not cover items installed with obvious damage. Ensure you have all necessary tools and parts before starting. Note that the stone countertop requires specific care to prevent staining and scratching.
Dimensions
The vanity measures 24 inches (610 mm) in width, 22 inches (560 mm) in depth, and 34 1/2 inches (876 mm) in height. The countertop features three faucet holes with a diameter of 1 3/16 inches (30 mm) and a drain hole with a diameter of 1 3/4 inches (44 mm).

Tools required
The following tools are required for installation but are not supplied:
- Pencil
- Screwdriver
- Level
- Cutter
- Silicone
- Plastering trowel
Installation
- Apply silicone to the backsplash and attach it to the countertop.
- Install the doors using the provided hinges and adjust as necessary.
- Allow the installation to cure for 24 hours before use.
Shelf adjustment
To remove the shelf, use a screwdriver to release the shelf holders. To install, position the shelf holders at the desired height and secure the shelf in place.
Maintenance and care
Stone countertops are resilient but require proper care:
- Cleaning: Wipe up spills immediately. Use mild, non-abrasive soap and water.
- Stain removal: Use acetone, mineral spirits, or ammonia for oil-based stains. Use hydrogen peroxide mixed with ammonia for organic stains (coffee, tea, juice).
- Water spots: Buff gently with 00 gauge steel wool.
- Sealing: The stone is sealed at the factory, but reapplication is necessary over time using a penetrating non-toxic sealer.
- Avoid: Do not use harsh bathroom cleaners or grout cleaners on natural stone.
Warranty
The product includes a 1-year limited warranty for residential and commercial use. The warranty is void if the item is installed with obvious visual defects. Warranty is not valid in Mexico.
Practical help
Common problems
Oil-based stains
Remove with acetone, mineral spirits, or ammonia.
Organic stains (coffee, tea, juice)
Remove with hydrogen peroxide mixed with a few drops of ammonia.
Water spots or rings
Buff the spots gently with 00 gauge steel wool.
Visual defects upon unboxing
Return the product to the retailer in its original packaging before installation for a replacement.
Before use
- Inspect the vanity for visual defects before installation.
- Verify all parts are present (Countertop, Backsplash, Basin, Doors, Shelf, Handles, Hinges, Shelf holders).
- Gather required tools: Pencil, screwdriver, level, cutter, silicone, plastering trowel.
- Ensure the installation area is prepared.
- Allow 24 hours for the silicone to cure after installation.
